TEACHER EVALUATION
As I believe that great teachers are the most valuable resource in any educational system, I have dedicated the past decade of my career to deeply understanding the ways in which teachers can develop and hone their craft. One tool among many great ones is teacher evaluation, and so I dedicated my dissertation work to understanding this important process. My work has gained many accolades, including a conference scholarship and an invitation to present to school principals and superintendents at the NJ chapter of ASCD on using teacher evaluation as a formative tool. More importantly, it has helped me to more robustly support teachers as the following quote illustrates.
