Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
I am committed to dismantling oppression at the individual, community, and systems levels. I foster belonging and affirmation through equitable practices including, inclusion, justice, accountability, and love. I support individuals and schools/ districts to consider the impact of their work on all students, particularly those from historically marginalized backgrounds. Through my work, I have restructured grading and honors course pathways, redesigned admissions processes, created coaching and mentorship programs, created liberatory curricula, and founded or served on several equity focused committees.
