PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
In 2007, I completed my Supervisory Certification in NJ and left the classroom for school and district administration work. Since that time, I have also completed my Ed.D. in Teacher Leadership and worked as a leader and educational researcher in many capacities. I choose to showcase my work in professional development first because I truly believe that our most important commitment as school leaders is the development of a self-reflective, efficacious, and highly-competent staff. Great teachers are the most valuable resource in any educational system and impact their students' daily and life-long decisions and paths. Great leaders use teacher-driven dialogues, supplemented by robust and cohesive learning opportunities to give teachers the tools they need to teach effectively. Please contact me about work samples.
